June 4  "Parenting your teenager"
In this workshop, we will explore  stages of adolescent development; ways to maintain communication
with your teen; ideas for preventing high-risk behavior; recognizing and responding to teen depression
and eating disorders; and suggestions for building your teenager's self-esteem.

June 11  "Minimizing the emotional toll of divorce"
This presentation will focus on how divorce affects both adults and children. Participants will learn
how to recognize and minimize emotional distress in children, and learn survival strategies for the
divorcing adult.

June 18  "Single-parent survival skills"
This workshop explores ways that single parents can seek and find support for their challenging
situations. Participants also discuss a list of 28 strategies designed to help single parents survive and
thrive during their parenting years.

June 25  "The good marriage: Skills for making your
marriage thrive."
In this workshop participants learn  skills that will help them build and strengthen their marriages
and long-term partnerships, including communication, listening and conflict management skills.
